While we are fanatical about providing branded scheduling and e-retail solutions, we do not provide services for design, content development or overall branding. zingFit can work with your designer, or we can make a recommendation for you to one of our designer/agency partners.
We CAN provide development of website (HTML/CSS) from a design that you provide. And we do offer an option to host your website on our content management platform (full integration).
zingFit will set you up with a highly-professional , economical merchant payment processor (in countries where we offer those services) — our payment partners offer very competitive merchant processing rates saving you hundreds of dollars per month. All studios are required to use zingFit merchant processing in countries where we have partner relationships.
How long have you been in business?
It’s not proper to ask one’s age! We’ve been developing scheduling software for well over a decade.
What kind of training and tech support do you offer?
For Studios with multiple locations or who need more training for any reason, we do offer additional training sessions for a fee.
We also offer phone and email support. For an additional fee we can connect your studio with a dedicated zingFit coach. Your coach will help optimize zingFit’s extensive feature set to match your studio’s unique needs. Ask us about how a coach can help your studio today at zingFit Sales.
What are the terms of your contracts?
zingFit subscription fees can be paid on either a monthly or annual basis. Those who pay annually will receive one month free.
Do you have an App?
Our mobile web app does not require a download and works across all mobile platforms and is fully functional for customer booking and purchasing. Our native downloadable app is studio-branded and will be available in Q1 of 2017.
In what countries do you currently operate?
zingFit offers its services in the Americas, Europe, Asia, The Middle East, Asia and Australia.

What Languages do you support?
zingFit is currently building support for Spanish (two versions), Portuguese (two versions), and Italian for availability in Q1 of 2017. Other languages coming soon, please inquire at email@example.com.
We'd love the function of customers booking a juice or snack at the time of booking a mat?
We have an app for that! Product Upsells allow you to make products available in the online booking process. The system will create a neat pick-list for each class.
Do you have social integration?
Of course! Customers can socially share bookings, performance metrics and referral links. And … studios can incentivize social activity by offering rewards such as ‘one free class for each 20 social shares’.
Do you only provide support for indoor cycling?
zingFit supports studios offering yoga, Pilates, bootcamps, TRX, indoor rowing and just about any activity that involves group fitness.
The Founders developed their reputation by supporting the Soul Cycle studios for over eight years. Many cycling studio have been attracted to zingFit for its Spot Scheduling™ functionality and integrated performance metrics as well as its capability to deliver highly-branded scheduling solutions.
