The Digital Producer (DP) is a crucial member of the Digital Solutions team. The DP is responsible for developing and integrating our customers branded internet experience and zingFit functionality. This client-facing role requires a professional with design savvy and the ability to interface with customers with a wide spectrum of technical and internet expertise.


  • 4+ years in a high volume digitally-oriented agency setting
  • 3+ years in a product or project management role in the web design industry
  • 2+ years estimating cost/ scope of web based projects
  • Portfolio representing a high sense of design and excellence in technical presentation
  • Deep understanding of responsive html implementation of design


The Digital Producer takes a key role in ensuring our customers have the best options for realizing their branded experience on the zingFit platform. Each of zingfit customers has a unique experience to share with their consumers. This role requires that you be their advisor on features and usage of our zingfit system. This role requires the ability make UI/UX Recommendations, estimate implementation times and costs on projects including anything from .psd to html to more complex third party integrations. The ability to guide a client through a mobile-first design sensibility is critical. The DWP will work with a team to ensure accurate estimates on delivery dates are met to the customers expectations.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of the website product life cycle to include:

  • build strong client relationships through prompt responses to client requests and proactively present status reports for client and management review, including informing senior management if potential sources of difficulty may arise
  • collect customer requirements
  • prepare web development budgets and contracts
  • develop and maintain project plans with delivery milestones
  • communicating and meeting frequently with staff to assign work, monitor performance, conduct quality assurance reviews, offer technical expertise, and ensure technical accuracy of all deliverables to optimize schedules, budgets, and quality of work
  • ensure that work is performed in a timely manner within the scope of the contract and in compliance with contract documents

Provide management capacity, to include:

  • if complex or unusual technical problems arise, you will actively use your knowledge of business best practices to guide the team
  • collaborate with other project managers to ensure adequate staffing across all teams
  • prepare and conduct performance evaluations, including providing guidance to staff on the quality and quantity of their work
  • coach team members on how to improve their performance and grow professionally. Handle performance issues and corrective actions including ensuring that company policies, procedures, and practices are followed
  • participate in the hiring process, including reviewing resumes, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, as needed

Several years of high volume digital agency work in a production and product/project management role combined with experience estimating scope/ cost stack you at the top of the deck.

Bonus ( for us! ) skillset:


  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience maintaining multiple (2–3) projects at a time and maintaining the project budgets, schedules, work breakdown structure, and staff levels to ensure adherence to client demands and contract requirements
  • BS/BA. Advanced degree a plus
  • experience with Agile project management
  • experience leading projects through the complete website redesign project life cycle utilizing traditional project management as well as iterative development/Agile methodologies
  • strong organization skills and demonstrated follow-through. Flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions, including occasional long hours, is essential
  • ability to take initiative and identify and resolve problems in a team environment using advanced critical thinking skills
  • superior written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to proofread and perform quality control of others’ work; background in technical communications may be helpful
  • thirst for advancing one’s own professional skills and then applying their expertise to solve technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certification and or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • working knowledge of:
    • mobile development
    • web analytics software (e.g., Webtrends, Google Analytics)
    • user experience design
    • visual/graphic design, responsive design
    • programming and development
  • experience managing or working at a yoga studio/ cycling studio / gym or other fitness-related endeavor
